Superb Hotel, Excellent Amenities!

luxury feel complimentary drinks convenient selection

The hotel rooms exude a luxury feel. The drinks in the fridge were complimentary. The selection of teas and coffees was a warm welcome. I found a convenient selection of food and drinks at the reception.

The bed was quite firm.

Breakfast service included eggs cooked to order. The self-service was generous with plenty of hot options. It was easy to ask for poached or fried eggs, which I did each morning.

the staff were very friendly and efficient during check-in. My INNSIDE Room had free drinks inside the mini-fridge. The live DJ in the bar offered a great VIBE. The hotel location is very good for moving around the city.

the kettle in my room was broken unfortunately.

staff members i saw were helpful and always smiling. Front desk staff handled check-in and check-out quickly. The staff also reacted swiftly to issues finding resolutions.

the layout AND interior were quite modern. There is a live DJ in the bar providing entertainment. Safe parking is available nearby and allows walking access to the city.

the cleaning staff consistently missed servicing my room, and i find that unacceptable. communal areas were left messy until late afternoon. these problems need addressing to improve guest experience.

location is good. i liked the easy access to facilities. rooms are spacious and functional. rooms meet needs as a sleeping base plus work space.

a smell was stale urine in the toilet and floor was dirty in toilet.

riverside location good breakfast automatic light lack of air conditioning

The hotel location is along the river. The room was super clean. Breakfast had a lot of options and was good.

The toilet light works automatically. It turns on when I use the toilet at night and is very bright. This meant I could not have the air conditioning on.
